Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Products
Millwize deals in perishable and consumable food items such as cookies, chips, and beverages. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are restricted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or replacement requests only if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product received is defective
- You received a wrong item
You must raise a request within 7 days of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Taste or preference issues
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
- Products without original packaging
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
4. How to Request
To initiate a request:
Email: care@millwize.in
Provide:
- Order ID
- Clear images/videos of the issue
- Description of the problem
⚠️ Requests without valid proof may be rejected.
5. Refund Policy
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be made to:
- Original payment method, or
- Bank transfer/UPI (for COD orders)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side.
6. Replacement
- Replacement will be provided subject to product availability.
- If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
